Jerah Yassine

Jerah is responsible for office/facilities and meeting coordination, event management and administrative functions.

Business Development Strategy/Policy

David Welsh

David is responsible for management of a wide range of economic development programs and projects while focusing on working with stakeholders and regional economic development partners.

Michael Guymon

Michael is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the business development strategies of TREO to attract, retain and expand jobs and capital investment for the region. He provides direct client and project management services with site selection/expansion projects.

Daniela Gallagher

Daniela is responsible for ongoing coordination of TREO's business development efforts.

Marketing & Communications

Laura Shaw

Laura oversees all branding and marketing initiatives for both TREO and the Tucson Region for business development purposes, including community relations, Economic Blueprint implementation and public relations activities. Laura serves as TREO's main media contact and spokesperson.

Chance Agrella

Chance is responsible for designing a wide range of tools including collateral, advertising, web design and development, photography/video projects and multimedia presentations.

Resource Management

Cathy Casper

Cathy serves as the Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the Finance and HR functions of the organization.

Pat Young

Pat is responsible for human resources, benefit and payroll administration, as well as finance duties. (part-time)
